1. What we collect
To operate your account we store your email address, display name, a hashed password (never the password itself), optional profile details such as an avatar, and your activity on the platform — orders, positions, balances, Earn subscriptions, referral and presale participation, and support conversations.
2. Cookies & sessions
Kwirex uses a single signed, httpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Local storage holds interface preferences such as favorite markets and theme.
3. How we use data
Your data is used to provide the service: executing and displaying your trading activity, calculating VIP and referral progress, sending account emails (verification, password resets, support replies), and keeping the platform secure — including rate limiting and abuse prevention.
4. Third parties
Market data is sourced from public exchange feeds. Sign-in with Google, email delivery and optional on-ramp providers process only the data needed for their function. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention & deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, open a Support ticket or contact us on X (@Kwirex_Official) or Telegram (t.me/kwirextrading).
