1. The service
Kwirex ("the platform") provides a crypto trading environment with live market data across spot and perpetual-futures markets, plus portfolio, Earn, VIP, referral and presale features. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Simulated balances
Custody on Kwirex is simulated. Trading balances are platform-issued ledger entries used to trade against live market prices; they are not deposits of your own on-chain assets, and no third-party custodian holds funds on your behalf. Features described as deposits, withdrawals or earnings operate within this simulated ledger unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on the platform is investment, legal or tax advice. Market data, charts and statistics are provided for information only. Trading — including simulated trading used to inform real decisions — involves substantial risk.
4. KWX presale
Participation in the Kwirex Token (KWX) presale is subject to eligibility (including access codes where required) and to the allocation, pricing and listing mechanics shown on the presale page at the time of purchase. Listing timelines shown on the platform are targets, not guarantees.
5. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. You may not abuse the platform — including exploiting bugs, automating abusive request patterns, attempting to access other users' accounts or administrative functions, or using the referral and presale programs fraudulently. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Availability & changes
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features — including markets, Earn rates, VIP tiers and referral terms — at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
